Brian D. Vance, D.D.S.
Principal Dentist
Brian D. Vance, D.D.S. graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a year of master’s work in microbiology and immunology in 1994.
He then went on to attend West Virginia University Dental School from 1994-1998, where he graduated at the top of his class. At WVU, he had the good fortune to be mentored by two delegates of the American Board of Prosthodontists. Dr. Vance then completed a general practice residency at Charleston Area Medical Center, where he received extensive training working with medically compromised patients.
Since 1999, he has held several positions in private practice, each affording him an opportunity to hone his dental expertise and skills. He has attended over 600 hours of continuing education in cosmetic and implant dentistry over the past decade alone. His top priority is his patient’s well-being and satisfaction.
When he’s not serving his patients, Dr. Vance enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also coaches his daughter’s volleyball and softball teams.
His passion for the community enables him to provide outstanding patient care and successfully build a trust based relationship with every patient.

Julie – Office Manager
Julie brings over 25 years of experience in dental office management. She began her career with a degree in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. Her love of numbers and people skills combine to welcome patients and help them understand their insurance benefits and billing. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and attending local sporting events.
Carol – Office Manager
Carol has over 30 years of dental experience, starting off as a Dental Assistant and then working in a dental practice corporate office. She joined our staff in 2015 as an Office Manager. Her dental experience includes many years of both chairside assisting and front desk management. Her flair for organization and attention to detail is an asset to our practice.
Monique – Dental Assistant
Prior to receiving her Dental Assistant Certificate in 2012, Monique worked as a R.N. in Atlanta, GA. Through Monique’s love for patients and way of reducing anxiety, every patient leaves with a big smile and full heart. When she’s not chasing her five children around, she enjoys zip lining through the the outdoors.
Vikke – Dental Assistant
Vikke has over 28 years of dental experience, starting her career in the US Navy. After 8 years in the service she returned home to Cincinnati. Vikke loves helping patients and seeing them enjoy their new smile with confidence. When not working she loves spending time with her family, camping and cheering on our local sports teams.
Sherri – Dental Assistant
Sherri has over 25 years experience in the dental field. Her carefree, bubbly personality keeps her patients at ease. Sherri has worked for Dr. Vance part-time for 20 years. When not working she enjoys spending time with her two boys.
Abigail – Dental Hygienist
Abigail joined our practice in 2022 after graduating from Shawnee State University with a degree in Dental Hygiene & Health Sciences. Abigail enjoys providing patients with a great smile and creating a safe and comfortable space. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Patty – Dental Hygienist
Patty graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2012 with a degree in Applied Science. Patty has advanced training in Ultrasonic Scaling and Periodontal Therapy. She is certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous. Patty enjoys educating her patients on oral health and cosmetic & implant dentistry. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has one daughter.
Ashton – Dental Hygienist
Ashton has been practicing dental hygiene for over 14 years. She is a hometown girl and received her degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Cincinnati, Blue Ash. She loves helping patients with their oral hygiene and watching their confidence grow as they improve their smile. In her free time you can find her outdoors spending time with her family.
